Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the GAIN website and enrol in our programmes, how we use and store it, and what your rights are. It follows Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, which came into force on 14 August 2025.

The site and the programmes are operated by AYA Labs (company number 558636189), trading as GAIN ("we", "us"), which is the controller of the information.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on the site we collect:

Full name;
Email address;
Mobile phone number (programme enrolment);
Your preferred cohort;
Your project name and anything you tell us about yourself and your experience;
Optional links you provide (Instagram, a link to your music).

A free product in the store asks only for a name and an email address.

Information collected automatically

As you browse, statistical information about your use of the site is collected (such as browser and device type, pages viewed and IP address) through analytics services, including Google Analytics.

2. Why we use it

To handle your enrolment, place you in a cohort and contact you about the programme;
To provide the service, support and access to course material and the community;
To deliver a product you bought or claimed, and to send you the link to it again;
To send updates and marketing content, subject to your consent and your right to unsubscribe at any time;
To improve the site and the programmes and to analyse how they are used;
To meet accounting and legal requirements.

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your information. We use service providers who process information on our behalf, including:

Google - storage of enrolment details (Google Sheets / Workspace) and traffic analytics (Google Analytics);
Payment providers - Grow for transactions in Israeli shekels, and Creem as merchant of record for international transactions. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are never stored by us;
Bunny.net - hosting and streaming of video and downloadable files;
Resend - sending transactional email, such as your access link;
Brevo - sending marketing email, where you have consented;
Discord - if you choose to join the community, your use is also subject to Discord's privacy policy.

Some providers operate outside Israel, so information may be processed or stored abroad, as permitted by law. We will also disclose information where required to by law or court order.

4. Cookies

The site uses cookies essential to its operation and analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though blocking them may break some parts of the site.

Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked before any analytics or marketing cookie loads. You can change that choice at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it:

5. Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you have the following rights:

Right of access - to see the information held about you;
Right of correction - to ask us to correct information that is wrong, incomplete, unclear or out of date;
Right of erasure - to ask for your information to be deleted, subject to retention duties imposed by law;
Unsubscribe - to withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No system is completely immune, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for, to provide the service, or as required by law (including accounting record-keeping duties), and then delete or anonymise it.

8. Minors

Our programmes are intended mainly for adults. If you are under 18, you should register and give information only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page alongside its date. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated version.
